Job Overview
We are seeking a vibrant, people-centric Sales Associate to join our growth team. In this role, you will be the face of our property, welcoming prospective residents, showcasing our spaces, and closing sales. If you love striking up conversations, thrive in fast-paced environments, and have a knack for persuasion, this role is for you!
Responsibilities
- Lead Conversion: Convert inbound inquiries and walk-ins into confirmed bookings.
- Property Tours: Conduct engaging physical and virtual property tours for prospective residents (students, working professionals, and parents).
- Relationship Building: Build a strong rapport with prospects, understanding their accommodation needs and pitching the right solutions.
- Community Engagement: Interact with existing residents to ensure high satisfaction, encourage renewals, and drive referral sales.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain and update daily lead logs, follow-ups, and booking statuses in our system.
Qualifications
- Education: Any Graduate / Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer relations, hospitality, or real estate.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (and fluency in the local language is a big plus).
- Personality: A natural extrovert—enthusiastic, approachable, and comfortable initiating conversations with strangers.
- Gender: Open to both Male and Female candidates.
- Commitment: Must be willing to commit to the organization for a minimum duration of 1 year.
